Hey Garden(ers),
October is Hoodoo Heritage Month! From Hoodoo Society, "Hoodoo is a tradition, a generational heirloom that is simultaneously medicine, magic, and religion. Born on North American soil to African parents, Hoodoo is a system of survival, adaptation, resistance and reclamation." In this newsletter, there are a couple ways for you to engage in learning more about Hoodoo via Social Hour w/ Louis and an upcoming workshop for Black TGNC folks via Liberation Medicine School.
